We understand that not all First Aid training is alike, so here are some FAQs to help.

Question 1: Is your training certified and Nationally Recognised?

Absolutely! We are a Registered Training Organisation and all our courses are Nationally Recognised and approved by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). Our ASQA registration number is 91510.

Question 2: When will I receive my certificate?

Certificates are issued the same day as your course except on weekends, your certificate will be issued the following business day.

Question 3: How often do you run your courses?

6 days a week, Monday to Saturday.

Question 4: Do you cancel your classes if you don't have enough people?

NO WAY! We do not cancel classes due to small numbers. This is a 100% money back guarantee! We will run a scheduled class even if there is only 1 person booked in.
